Our online store does not accept returns of products except in case that they prove them to be defective. After consultation with our company and after it has been proven that the product is defective, the return costs will be covered by our company.
It is possible to change or replace the product if there is a special reason e.g. change of size, colour or defect.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted if our company has been contacted beforehand.
For the reshipment of the product the customer is charged with the shipping cost of 8€.
