Personal data 

The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor-user of the services of the Website is subject to the terms of this section as well as to the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Decree Laws 207/1998 and 79/2000 and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000 as well as Law 2774/1999 and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC).

In the event that users of the Website voluntarily provide any personal data (e.g., name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) through the Website, the Company may collect them in a file and process them for the relevant purpose.

The Company may store and process the personal data of the users – visitors of the Website only if such data are voluntarily provided by the users for the following purposes:

– Provision of the services chosen by users through this Website (e.g. making purchases from its online store, participation in competitions).

The Company does not under any circumstances store the credit card details of its customers who use the electronic payment system by credit card. To complete financial transactions, users – visitors are redirected to the DELTAPAY web page of Alphabank, which is solely responsible for recording the user’s credit card details and approving the transaction. The only information received by the Company after the end of the process is the notification of completion or cancellation of the payment on the part of the customer.

The holder and responsible for the processing of personal data held in its file for the above purpose will be the Company Comfortliving IKE, Psichari 1, 15451 Neo Psychiko, where its file will be installed. The purpose of the processing is the sending of informative material with the consent of the data subjects, which has promotional purposes and the improvement of the company’s visibility. The recipient of the personal non-sensitive data is only the Company. The Company reserves the right to forward the Personal Data of users to companies affiliated with it if this is required for operational and computerized reasons of its transactional relationship with the user or for statistical or historical reasons. If the user has completed the relevant field and has consented to the sending of informative and promotional material for advertising purposes, the Company reserves the right, after prior notification of the user, to communicate his/her Personal Data to third parties for the promotional promotion of the products offered by them and to companies conducting market research or other similar activity.

Users who have disclosed their Personal Data to the company have the following Rights:

A – The right of access to the data concerning them and held by the Company,

B – Information on:

a) All personal data concerning them, as well as their origin,

b) The purposes of processing, the recipients or categories of recipients,

c)The evolution of the processing for the period of time since his/her previous information or information,

d) The logic of the automated processing,

E – The consent of the participants to the collection and processing of their personal – non-sensitive – data may be withdrawn at any time, without retroactive effect. LORA DISTRIBUTIONS S.A. complies with all its obligations under Law 2472/1997. The data subject shall have the right to request at any time the cessation of the sending of the information material.

The right to object shall be exercised and addressed in writing to the controller and must contain a request for a specific action, such as rectification, temporary non-use, blocking, non-transmission or erasure of personal data. To exercise this right, each user may contact the Company’s Customer Service Department at its offices.

If the user voluntarily discloses his/her personal data through the Website to third parties directly, it is up to the user to carry out, if he/she so wishes, the research of the terms concerning the protection of his/her personal data. By disclosing his personal data to third parties, even through the Company’s Website, the user accepts that the Company is not responsible for their possible use by third parties. In the event of disclosure by a third party user of personal data of another person through this Website without prior consent, the Company shall not be liable, as it is not able to know the identity of the communicating user with the existing technological data. The visitor – user of the Website guarantees the truth and authenticity of the personal data submitted to the Company as well as the right to submit them.

The Company’s policy is against the collection of data of minors, i.e. persons under the age of eighteen.

There will be no misuse of this service. The user may in any case and at any time request to stop receiving advertising messages, while the Company, before sending them, consults the service provider provided for in Article 19 par. 4(d) and 13(d). 3 of Law 2472/1997, the register of the Authority in which persons who do not wish to be included in records which have the purpose of promoting the supply of goods or services at a distance are registered.

The Company provides the users of its Website with the possibility of sending a newsletter to their e-mail address if they declare that they wish to benefit from this service. The sending of newsletters by the Company is fully compliant with the mailing regulations.
